Face & Body Contouring
Extenuate YOUR Natural Beauty
Facial & Body Contouring with Radio frequency (RF) technology has established itself as a gold standard in aesthetic treatments, primarily because the treatment is completely non-invasive, highly effective and painless. The technology has been clinically proven to reduce unwanted fat deposits and tighten the skin. In just a few treatments you will feel slimmer and your skin will be lifted and rejuvenated.
Let the beauty of your face shine through.
Some of us have a tendency to gain weight on our face. Often the fat concentrates around our jawline and neck. The deposits often make us look older than we are and reduce the beauty of our best features. For example, fat around your upper cheeks makes your eyes look smaller than they actually are. The good news is that in just a few treatments, you can achieve the facial contouring you desire. Your face will look thinner and contoured, and your unique features will take center stage.

Loving your body shape.
The majority of us struggle when it comes to achieving the body shape we desire. While diet and exercise are critical factors in the process, their main downfall is that they can’t target specific body areas. Fortunately, SharpLight’s body contouring treatments can! In just a few treatments you can improve your after-birth tummy, or reduce the circumference of your thighs.
How it Works:
RF contouring treatments use multi-polar Radio frequency technology. During the treatment, RF pulses are emitted into the treatment area. The pulses target the subcutaneous fat cells and cause them to shrink in size. Simultaneously, the heat causes the collagen fibers to contract, resulting in immediate skin tightening. By undergoing several treatments, inches are lost and the body produces new collagen and elastin which provide long-term skin volumizing and rejuvenating results.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many treatments are required?
While immediate contouring improvement is visible in most cases even after the very first treatment, more pronounced results are apparent after 6-8 weekly or biweekly treatments.
How long does a treatment take?
Contouring treatments take anywhere from 15 to 60Â minutes, depending on the area being treated. These treatments are non-invasive, safe and pain-free!
What does a treatment feel like?
Treatment with Radio frequency is very pleasant. Your skin will warm up and it feels a bit like a massage. The treatment is very gentle and there is no pain.
Is there any downtime after a Radio Frequency treatment?
No. Your skin may be slightly red immediately after the procedure but this usually goes away within a couple hours after your treatment. You may wear sunscreen and makeup immediately after.
What is the difference between RF Contouring and Infrared Laser Skin Tightening? Don't they both tighten the skin?
Yes they both tighten the skin but radio frequency tightens the skin to a lesser degree and at a different depth than Infrared Laser. One should book for radio frequency if they wish to treat excess fat accumulations as well as lax skin. Another great option is to start with radio frequency treatments and finish your series with combination RF and Infrared laser treatments. As the fat accumulations disappear more lax skin will become apparent, the combination of radio frequency and infrared laser will synergistically tighten the skin while contouring, increasing the effectiveness of your treatments.
Is it ok to do this treatment if you have fillers or neuromodulators (botox)?
While it's perfectly fine to do radio frequency treatments over areas in which you've had neuromodulator (botox) injected, you must wait a minimum of 2 weeks post injections before booking a radio frequency treatment. However, as radio frequency is a safe and effective method of dissolving filler (alternative to hyaluronidase injection) it's not recommended you book for a radio frequency treatment if you have filler in the area being treated unless you are wanting to dissolve the filler or resculpt and smooth filler that has shifted.
